- FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) – Fibre to your local cabinet, then copper to your premises, ideal for smaller teams.
- SoGEA – A broadband-only service that doesn’t require a phone line, perfect for modern businesses.
- Leased lines – Dedicated, uncontended internet with guaranteed speeds and service-level agreements.
- Ethernet circuits – High-capacity, secure connections for businesses with demanding data needs.
- Mobile broadband – 4G/5G connectivity for remote sites or backup internet.
All solutions are fully managed by our team, with proactive monitoring and UK-based support.

FAQs
What’s the difference between FTTC and FTTP?
FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet): Fibre optic cables run to a street cabinet near your premises, and the final connection to your building is made using traditional copper telephone lines. This limits speed and reliability, especially over longer distances.
FTTP (Fibre to the Premises): Fibre optic cables run directly into your building, offering much faster speeds and greater reliability. It’s ideal for businesses that rely heavily on cloud services or have high bandwidth needs.
What is SoGEA and why is it useful?
SoGEA (Single Order Generic Ethernet Access) provides broadband without the need for a traditional phone line. It uses the same infrastructure as FTTC but simplifies installation and billing by removing the voice service.
Why it’s useful:
- No need to pay for a phone line you don’t use
- Future-proofed for the PSTN switch-off
- Faster installation and fewer faults
Do I need a phone line for broadband?
Not necessarily. With technologies like FTTP and SoGEA, you can get broadband without a traditional phone line. These options are ideal for businesses moving away from legacy systems and toward cloud-based communication.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers with VoIP?
Yes, in most cases you can port your existing phone numbers to a VoIP system. This ensures continuity for your customers and avoids the hassle of updating contact details across your business.
