Extech Cloud celebrates award-worthy management and a 100-day service streak

Extech Cloud Chief Operations Officer, Nicola Conboy, has been shortlisted for the Manager of the Year award (Reseller/Solution Provider) by the CRN Women & Diversity In Channel Awards 2022.

Nicola manages the service desk and admin / accounts teams. When she joined Extech Cloud, her role was focused on answering phones and raising tickets, and she has since worked her way up through the business, to become Chief Operations Officer.

Throughout her Extech Cloud journey, Nicola has implemented internal processes to streamline and improve the business. Under her management, the service team has both improved, and then exceeded, the response time in our Service Level Agreement.

This award nomination is in recognition of Nicola’s skills, knowledge, hard work and her dedication to the growth and success of Extech Cloud, as well as her own professional development. It couldn’t come at a better time, as the service desk team that Nicola Manages, recently hit the milestone of 100 days in a row without a single negative.

Nicola says: “It means a lot just to be nominated for this Women & Diversity Award. Understanding how to empower women in the workplace, where they may not have felt particularly empowered previously, can be beneficial to the individuals as well as to the business. When any employee feels encouraged to make positive changes, the business can grow and develop too.

I’m also incredibly proud of my team’s achievements of reaching a milestone of 100 days without a negative. It’s a great reflection of the customer service we work hard to provide.”

The Awards ceremony takes place at an event in London, in October.
