Nonprofit Organisations
Microsoft provides grants and discounts for eligible nonprofit organisations, including cloud services like Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure and Dynamics 365, Surface hardware, and on-premises software. Local Microsoft offices also regularly hold training events to help nonprofits better use technology and learn how technology can deepen the impact of their organisations.

Extech has been instrumental in providing us with top-notch hardware solutions, including computer systems, networking infrastructure, and seamless installation services. Their expertise in these areas has undoubtedly contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, allowing us to focus on our core mission of serving our community.

The team at Extech consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that we receive the assistance we need, when we need it. Their helpdesk is a shining example of efficiency and professionalism, with knowledgeable staff who are always ready to tackle any issue with a personal touch.
‘We are continually impressed by the excellent response times and the helpful, friendly attitude of the staff at Extech. Their experienced and knowledgeable team provides outstanding advice and support in all areas of IT, enhancing Together Co’s digital security and efficiency.’
What are the eligibility requirements?
Nonprofit and nongovernmental organisations must:

- Operate on a not-for-profit basis
- Have a mission to benefit the broader community
- Attest to Microsoft’s anti-discrimination policy
- Only assign licenses to eligible staff
- Only use the licenses for their organisation and not license partner, affiliate, or sister organisations
Once applied for, Microsoft strive to make eligibility determinations as quickly as possible, and the process can take up to 20 business days. This timeframe can vary depending on nonprofit responsiveness to requests for additional documentation.
