Extech Cloud proudly co-sponsored the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity event, hosted by Best of British and featuring football legend, John Barnes

Extech Cloud was delighted to support local children’s charity, Rockinghorse, as a co-sponsor of their charity event in Brighton, which raised more than £30,000.

The charity lunch hosted by Sussex-based events organisation, Best of British at the Grand in Brighton, featured very special guest, former Liverpool and England football legend turned TV pundit, John Barnes. Attendees were thoroughly entertained by stories Barnes told about his involvement in the England team at the 1990 World Cup, the team manager Bobby Robson and fellow England legend Paul “”Gazza”” Gascoigne.

The Extech Cloud team was honoured to be in attendance, as well as being a sponsor of this special event and we are proud to support such a valued local charity in raising the grand sum of £31,500.

Founded in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann, Rockinghorse Children’s Charity is the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. They raise money to provide live-saving medical equipment and additional services with the aim of improving the lives of sick children throughout Sussex.
